***Deadlift must be done with both individuals HOLDING the bar at the same time. Each rep must be synchronized. one bar per team.**

**Burpees over the partner must be done by: partner 1 holds a plank. Partner two jumps over partner 1 and perform a burpee. Vise versa**

partner 2: Max pull ups

***You and your partner must score the most amount of points by performing as many pull ups as you can while your partner runs a 200 meter run. As soon as your partner is back you switch roles.**
