800 Meter run (100 meters at a time)

800 meter run ( 100 meters at a time)

**Establish your TRUE 1RM Deadlift**

**Each partner starts with a 100 meter run. once the run is complete, the second partner goes for another 100 meters. Repeat until all 800 meters are complete.**
