Complete as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes of:

12 Front Squats

•15 Kettlebell swings

•12 Pull ups

•15 Ball slams

C.

Partner Relay

-

•Accumulate 2,000 Meters on the rower

•partition as needed

•Complete the required distance in as little time as possible.
