Hang power Snatch, 5 / 7 /10 Rep protocol

Then,

Minute 1: Barbell overhead lunges

Minute 2: hand release push ups 

Minute 3: Wall balls

Minute 4: 100 Meter sprint

Minute 5: rest

-
